A Few Things to Know Before Your Session

I believe photography is about so much more than simply taking pictures. It's about capturing genuine emotions, preserving meaningful connections, and turning life's little moments into memories that last a lifetime.

My goal is to make every session relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable while creating beautiful images that tell your unique story.

Before booking, I'd love to share a few little details about my creative process and what you can expect from your experience!

My Photography & Editing Style

Every photographer has their own artistic vision, and mine is a reflection of the beauty, emotion, and creativity I see through my lens.

My signature editing style embraces rich, vibrant colors, warm tones, dramatic contrast, and timeless black-and-white imagery.

I love highlighting the golden warmth of autumn, the beauty of natural surroundings, and the genuine emotions that make each moment special.

My photographs are thoughtfully edited to create a distinctive look while preserving the meaningful details of your memories.

I strongly encourage all clients to explore my portfolio before booking to ensure my photography and editing style align with their personal preferences.

While I always welcome communication and reasonable requests, I generally remain true to my artistic style rather than completely altering my editing approach.

When you choose Molly's Front Stoop Photography, you're choosing the creative vision and style reflected throughout my work.

Your Session & Finished Gallery

I believe in quality over quantity.

During your session, I may capture many photographs, but not every image will be included in your finished gallery.

I carefully review each photograph and select the images that best represent your special moments, taking into consideration composition, expressions, focus, lighting, and overall quality.

Mini Sessions: Typically include 10–15 professionally edited digital photographs.

Full & Extended Sessions: Typically include 20–25 professionally edited digital photographs.

Additional edited photographs beyond the included amount are not guaranteed and may be provided at my discretion.

Requests for extra images may be considered when suitable photographs are available, but additional images are not automatically included with your session.

My goal is to deliver a thoughtfully curated gallery filled with beautiful memories rather than simply providing every photograph taken.

RAW & Unedited Photographs

Editing is an essential part of my photography and creative process.

For this reason, RAW files, unedited photographs, and unused images are not provided under any circumstances as part of a standard session.

The images captured during your session are the starting point of my artistic work. Through careful selection and editing, they become the finished photographs that reflect my personal style.

Just as an artist wouldn't typically deliver an unfinished painting, I believe your photographs deserve to be presented as completed works of art.

Your final gallery will contain carefully selected and professionally edited images only.

Editing Requests & Revisions

Your happiness is important to me, and I genuinely want you to love your photographs!

I encourage you to communicate any specific concerns, preferences, or requests before your session whenever possible.

One round of reasonable, minor editing adjustments may be requested after your gallery has been delivered.

Minor adjustments may include small changes to brightness, color, or other details that can reasonably be corrected

However, the following are not included in your session:

- Complete gallery re-edits or multiple rounds of revisions.

- Extensive alterations or major image manipulation.

- Requests to completely change my signature editing style.

- Additional photographs beyond your agreed-upon gallery.

- RAW files, unedited images, or photographs not selected for delivery.

Additional editing services may be available for an additional fee, agreed upon in advance.

I take pride in my creative work and appreciate your trust in allowing me to deliver photographs that reflect the style you've chosen when booking.

Photo Delivery & Turnaround Time

Beautiful memories deserve thoughtful attention!

Every photograph receives individual care, from selecting the best moments to adding the final artistic touches.

Mini Sessions: Generally delivered within 1–2 weeks.

Full & Extended Sessions: Generally delivered within 2–3 weeks or longer, depending on my current workload.

Please understand that these are estimated turnaround times, not guaranteed deadlines.

Delivery may vary depending on seasonal demand, session size, editing needs, and other circumstances.

Your finished photographs will be delivered through a digital gallery, where you can conveniently view and download your images.

I appreciate your patience as I carefully bring your memories to life!

A Little Note About Expectations

Every photography session is unique, and sometimes the most beautiful moments are the ones we never planned.

Lighting, weather, location, movement, and cooperation — especially from our littlest models and furry friends — can all influence the final results.

While I always do my best to capture a beautiful variety of images, specific poses, expressions, backgrounds, or individual photographs cannot be guaranteed.

I love the spontaneous moments just as much as the perfectly posed ones.

The unexpected giggles, tiny hands reaching for someone they love, stolen glances, and warm embraces often become the photographs we treasure most.

My goal is to capture your story authentically while adding my own artistic touch.

🌦️ Weather & Rescheduling

For outdoor photography sessions, weather plays an important role in creating beautiful images.

If rain, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions are expected, rescheduling may be necessary.

I will do my best to communicate any weather-related concerns before your scheduled session.

If a session needs to be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work together to find another suitable date based on availability.

Your comfort, safety, and overall experience will always be a priority.
